Where we deliver

Flat Earth Shop offers U.S. delivery on most products and international delivery on selected products. Check the shipping label on each product page before ordering.

• U.S. Shipping Only: available for delivery within the United States.
• U.S. & International Shipping: available in the United States and the supported international destinations listed below.
• International Shipping Only: available in the supported international destinations; delivery to the United States is unavailable for that item.

Supported international destinations

Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Only products marked for international delivery can be ordered to these destinations. Browse our International Shipping collection. We do not offer delivery to other countries at this time.

Shipping charges

U.S. products: standard shipping is US$6 for orders below US$80 and free for orders of US$80 or more. The applicable rate is confirmed at checkout.

Embossed Copper Water Bottle — 500 ml: US$15 flat shipping to the ten supported international countries. This item is not available for U.S. delivery.

International shipping rates for other selected products, when available, are stated on the product page or confirmed at checkout. The U.S. free-shipping offer does not apply to international delivery. Items may arrive in separate packages.

Processing and delivery estimates

For U.S. products, our usual handling estimate is 1–2 business days, followed by approximately 3–7 business days in transit. Product-specific estimates may differ. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

International processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier and destination. U.S. delivery estimates do not apply to international orders. Check the estimate available for your product and destination; if no estimate is shown, contact us before ordering. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, shipment details will be sent to the email address used for your order. If a package appears delayed, lost or damaged, contact support@flat-earth-shop.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Taxes, duties and import charges

Applicable taxes shown at checkout are added to the order total. Unless checkout specifically states that import charges are included, any duties, import taxes or carrier customs-handling charges assessed at the destination are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing can affect delivery times.
